Terms of service

The service

We provide a hosted school management platform and website builder on a subscription basis. Features available to a School depend on its plan.

Accounts

The person registering a School confirms they are authorised to do so. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for granting access only to authorised people.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans renew per billing period. If payment fails, a grace period applies; after that the School's system goes offline for its users until payment is made, and comes back as soon as payment is confirmed. We never delete data because of a missed payment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data belonging to another School.

Websites and domains

Schools are responsible for content they publish and for domains they connect. We verify domain ownership before serving a custom domain.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
